Watch out for upcoming events on

Georgia Shiels is a young rallyx driver on a mission to become the first ever female World RallyX Champion. Georgia displays the natural talent, bravery and, of course, compulsory nuttiness at just 21 years old and this hasn’t gone unnoticed. She is a winner of numerous awards and trophies including 2013 Novice Forest Rally Champion, Jack Wills Young Brit and was even a development driver for Abarth at just 18 years old. Georgia is certainly “one to watch” (Jimmy McRae, 2012).

Shiels began her rallying career at the age of 16 with her dad as her only mechanic and her mum there for moral support! Coming from a non-rallying background and competing in her first rally with only four hours of driving experience Georgia proved her instinctive driving skills… and courage! This was quickly recognised by the Motor Sport Association and she was placed on their Apprenticeship in Sporting Excellence Academy for elite athletes.

Georgia has made the switch over to British RallyX for 2017 in an exciting partnership with LOCO Energy Drink. Shiels will compete in an RX150 in all rounds of the championship.

Georgia’s tenacity and enthusiasm shines through as she is even studying Automotive Performance Engineering at the University of Bolton to develop an in-depth knowledge and understanding for a long career in motorsport. Georgia is passionate about defying stereotypes. She is actively encouraging more girls to get involved in motorsport and engineering, working alongside STEM First and some of the largest companies in the world.

Georgia continues to shock the world with her fearless driving style and her drive to win! “I don’t compete to come 2nd, 3rd or last!”
